Sisters Venus, Camille Guerrero, Aileen Del Rosario, Maricar Gomez, Wilma, Belinda Laceste, and Jill Pinugu

Our first time mom - Aileen Del Rosario.

Happy and excited.

Aileen showed to us the 4D Ultrasound of her baby boy.

She’s expecting it this August.

Aileen’s masterpiece.

Baby boy sleeping with all the baby stuff.

It’s made out of clay. Very tiny only gifted hands can make. : )

This was used during a game for all the moms.

Reliable Teachers

While I was browsing through this latest Caffeinated Blogsite, I came across this post entitled, “Letting Students Know Who Our Most Reliable Tutors Are.”

As an intrigued tutor, I clicked on the link. This is what I have found out.

Surprisingly, I am one of those tutors who is on the list!

Congratulate me!!!!**clap,clap,clap**

Thanks to my dear students for appreciating me as your teacher.

One simple reason I am listed there:

I respond to lesson requests within 24 hours.

If tutors confirm promptly, most often than not Cafetalk does not loose the student’s trust. I never really had a bulk of students in Cafetalk but being committed to what I have posted on my profile, I should say, earned a reward.

Soon, Cafetalk will also post tutors who offer unique lessons to students.

Good job Cafetalk! What a good way to reinforce teachers.

On My Third Trimester

July 23, 2009 By: jill Category: Mommy Jill, My Pregnancy, child development No Comments →

The time will soon be at hand!

When’s The Due. I have nine weeks to go as of today. My first two kids arrived earlier than expected. But I’m hoping that that won’t happen again for the third time.

What Mom Feels. On my third trimester, I can really feel my baby inside; the weight of her and the bulk of my tummy. Her moves and jerks. Her kicks and bumps on me whenever she might be hungry or just needs to float around. I think she is happy because her mom is.

What Dad Says. Chris says that this tummy is bigger than my first two before. I may agree but sometimes it just feels the same as before. But may be…he may be right!

Learned Lessons. Well, probably because I was able to take care of myself better this time than the first two. I have learned that stress and pressure really affects pregnancy. So, just don’t mind whatever it is. And I have learned to be faithful to my prenatal meds more than before. I guess I have learned my lessons from the past.

This may not be my first pregnancy but this is the only and first ever pregnancy that I am almost always at home. This kind of pregnancy is what I have always dreamed of. I think this is the reason why my baby is happy.

She is as precious as my other children.

First Official Visitors

July 17, 2009 Typhoon Isang did not stop my friends from coming over to our home for a get-together dinner. They, the newly weds (Mel and Cris Legaspi) and Malou arrived at our new home just a few minutes before I finish my last Online Tutorial Class at 8:20 pm.

It also turned out to be the super advance birthday treat of Malou Manalo. Her birthday would be in September. She brought in so much food that filled our stomachs. She had bought it from the Seaside Market in Macapagal Ave., Roxas Blvd. and have them cooked. Thanks Malou for all the effort of going there! We really enjoyed the food. : )

Hhmmm…so delightfully fresh! And yes, it was all seafood. She had calamares, sweet and sour shrimp and crabs!!! Incidentally, we found out that the newly-weds were both allergic to shrimps and crabs. We just had a quick order of pancit in bilao and lechon manok from our place.

It had been three years since our last meeting from our previous house. January 2005 (Mel’s Birthday) was our last gimmick at Bagaberde, Bar in Pasig. Sad to say, Bagaberde in Pasig does not exist anymore.

We really had a lot of catching up until it was past midnight. We sure had fun! They went home 1:00 in the morning.

Still bothers me…

July 16, 2009 By: jill Category: Mommy Jill, work at home mom No Comments →

While working inside my room with my Online Tutees, i still get bothered whenever I hear one or both of my children cry. No matter what I need to find the reasonĀ  especially that I have a new nannie in the house who still needs to be guided as to how to handle some of my children’s temperaments. I don’t exactly need to see my children, all I really need is TO KNOW what and why it happened.

Today, I heard my daughter crying. As an anxious mom, thoughts keep coming to my mind. What did the new nannie do? Did she not know what my daughter wants or needs? When I got the chance to sneak, I asked my other helper from the other door what happened, he then told me that Sophia cried because she just woke up. That relieved me. =)
